'Royal Touch' covers are largely based on EPDM rubbers, however, the range includes a few cover compounds with a blend of EPDM and Butyle rubber. Our compound design contributes to better solvent resistance, heat resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance. Covers for coating applications are additionally engineered to achieve a very fine surface finish.

'Royal Touch' covers are very easily attacked even by a simple and brief oil contact. It is imperative to prevent resting a roller on its cover when not in use. Irrespective of the rubber hardness, it is also easy to have finger nail impressions even with a very gentle pressure.

Resistance to polar solvents makes 'Royal Touch' a cover of choice for an applicator / coating roller. Its compatibility with dilute nitric acid makes it dependable as covers for stainless steel pickling lines. They are also perfect with Chroming solutions. The resistance to polar solvents and other chemicals makes 'Royal Touch' very suitable for metal coil coating process, PVC embossing, wood coating, etc..
