Republic Roller Corporation began operations in 1981 with the purchase
of Dayco Corporation's roller division in Three Rivers, Michigan. At this
time Dayco was celebrating its 25th year at this facility. Republic's
expertise in roller design, development and manufacturing has been
in existence for 50 years.
What We Do
Our Research and Development Center is headquartered within the corporate
facility with all formulas developed on site to your require- ments. No
formulas are developed outside of our operation. Roller Manufacturers
who do not have an in-house development facility will purchase generic
formulas in contrast to our formulas developed exclusively to your
application. In house facilities are available for new or repaired steel,
fiberglass, nickel, and aluminum shafts, cores and sleeves. Regrinding
service is a welcomed service we provide.
Our base materials are coordinated with our tradenames. Our Roller "Touch"
will provide the best touch available in the industry. Similar to the legend
of King Midas, the "Touch" of our rollers to your products from the
Midas-Touch Series will assist in turning your products into 'gold'.
